I just tried this service for the first time in the Phoenix area. Yesterday Preston came out, scooped, and left in like 5 minutes. There was still poo all around the yard. I called him. He came back, scooped, and left in under 5 minutes. Of course, there was still poo left in various places around the yard. I emailed the office with pictures and received no response.

Service personnel are punctual and very professional. They always send a text before they show up so that I can get the pups inside. They do a great job in my yard. On the other hand, the office is impossible to get a hold of. I have tried for months to contact them to switch my service day and all I get is a voicemail.
